AIDEZ KRISTINA À RETROUVER SON FILS ELYAN, ENLEVÉ PAR SON PÈRE !
Elyan est âgé de quatre ans. Il a été enlevé par son père, Prajith Rosario, au mois de juillet 2007 et n’a pas reparu depuis.
Elyan, son père et une autre personne, ont pris un avion pour les Maldives depuis Zurich le 26 juillet 2007, puis sont partis au Sri Lanka à Colombo.
Tout l’été, le père avait laissé la puce de son portable à un complice qui se trouvait en France et qui l’activait régulièrement pour faire croire à sa présence sur le territoire national. Cette personne a été mise en examen pour complicité d’enlèvement.
Ni le Sri Lanka, ni les Iles Maldives ne sont signataires de la Convention de La Haye sur les enlèvements d’enfant et la coopération judiciaire est difficile. Il faut d’abord savoir où se trouve cet enfant.
Toutes les personnes qui ont voyagé cet été aux Maldives et au Sri Lanka et toutes celles qui voyagent aujourd’hui, sont invitées à le reconnaître grâce à ces photos et nous transmettre des informations sur ce blog.

Elyan is a four year old boy. He was kidnapped by his father, Prajith Rosario, in July 2007 and disappeared since this time.
Elyan, his father and another person, travelled to the Maldives from Zurich the 26th of July 2007 and flied further to Colombo, Sri Lanka.
All the summer, the father left his cell phone card to an accomplice who kept it switched on in order to show that Elyan was on the French territory. This person has been indicted for complicity of kidnapping.
Neither Sri Lanka, nor Maldives Island have signed the LA HAYE Agreement on child kidnapping, thus the judiciary cooperation is very hard.
First of all, we need to know where this child is.
All the people who traveled this summer to Maldives or Sri Lanka are invited to identify Elyan in the photos below et give us any information on this blog.
